Why work through Payrolla instead of being a freelance in Luxembourg?
External workers
Before Getting Started

Because Payrolla combines the best of both worlds: the freedom of a freelancer and the purchasing power of a Luxembourg employee. By using our platform, you keep your autonomy while benefiting from a status that maximizes your net income through optimal access to Luxembourg’s social, fiscal, and insurance advantages.

Moreover, in demanding sectors such as finance, many companies refuse to work with freelancers due to liability concerns. With Payrolla, this obstacle disappears: you are an employee, fully covered by our professional liability insurance, giving you access to mission opportunities that are normally unavailable to traditional freelancers.

Finally, thanks to our optimization model (salary, professional expenses, bonuses), you enjoy greater purchasing power than you could achieve as an independent worker. At Payrolla, you earn more, keep more, and gain access to more opportunities.

Yes. We encourage you to ask any company to use the Payrolla platform, which will allow you to receive optimal net compensation.

The conditions under which they can hire you are as follows: ensuring you a daily rate of at least €370 excluding VAT, an assignment with a minimum duration of 3 months, to be performed within the territory of Luxembourg.

For this client company, the cost will be zero. Payrolla only invoices them for the daily rate, and they benefit from all the advantages of the platform.

How to proceed? You simply need to send them a request through your personal account using the "Refer a Company" link.

We also invite you to consider the benefits and guarantees that any company receives for free by using Payrolla.
